NFL Mock Draft Compilation 2.3

As we get closer to the NFL Draft more and more mock drafts are getting updated on a frequent basis, so it's again time to update the RCS Mock Draft Compilation. This edition features 9 mock drafts. We placed them next to each other and tabulated the average draft order as determined by these expert mock drafts, listed in the table as RCS Average Selection. This methodology does not take into account team needs. (Click on chart to enlarge).

Cam Newton has moved into the top spot, with seven of the nine mock drafts slotting Newton first. Previous top pick Marcell Dareus fell one spot, down to second, with seven of nine selecting him second. Newton and Dareus have become pretty clear mock choices at first and second, but after that each expert goes his own way. Overall no one player has risen up or fallen down the draft board too much since the last edition. DTs Corey Liuget (Illinois) and Muhammad Wilkerson (Temple) are the big risers, sliding up four spots from 22nd to 18th and from 25th to 21st respectively.
