Carolina Panther TE Ben Hartsock was choking in the locker room. When the Heimlich failed to work, fellow TE Jeremy Shockey came to the rescue by punching him real hard in the back, which dislodged the piece of pork tenderloin blocking the passageway.

First and foremost, it's great that Shockey came to the rescue and Hartsock is alive and well. But let's hope this doesn't lead to Shockey traveling around the country trying to solve problems by punching them really hard. "There's a cat stuck in a tree, I'll punch it down. Lost child? Sounds like you need a Shockey punch."

But seriously, good work Shockey.
