I've made the Rockies' second selection here.

Again, take my projection with a grain of salt.  If the Rockies take a hitter with their first pick, it's almost a given they'll select a pitcher with the second.  Eric Arnett will probably be gone by the time the Rockies pick, but in this case, he was available.  Of course, I also didn't think Christian Friedrich would fall all the way to the Rockies last year, either.
