Yesterday, Geovany Soto was named the National League Rookie of the Year. Joey Votto, of Cincinnati, finished second, and Atlanta's Jair Jurrjens, came in third. Finishing fourth was the Reds' Edinson Volquez. One problem - he's not a rookie.
