Buffalo? New England? Pittsburgh? One of those weird new UFL teams? No, no, no, and nope. It's the Philadelphia Eagles. ESPN's Chris Mortensen got the story: it's a two-year deal. And according to ProFootballTalk, Fox's Jay Glazer just said it's actually "a one-year, $1.6 million contract with a team option for 2010. The option is for $5.2 million." (Will those two ever get along?!)
Should be interesting to see Philly's response.
