Foam, Mark Martin news and more....
ISC on Monday has now abandoned plans to build a racetrack in Kitsap Washington. ISC says that changes to the legislation would not be something they would accept, but they still would like to build a racetrack out in the Pacific Northwest. ISC at this point of time has not really looked at any other places to build a new track though.
Due to problems with the foam that driver Kevin Harvick had at Martinsville NASCAR is going to allow teams to cut a rectangular portion of foam out in the bottom left corner right above the exhaust pipes.
Scenedaily has a short report on Mark Martin saying that he made the right choice.
