NASCAR is back to racing on ovals this week but judging by how fast Juan Pablo Montoya has been, you'd think we were still at Sonoma. The circuit's hottest driver had never set wheels on the New Hampshire Speedway until Friday but he has been the most consistent driver all weekend long thus far. He posted the fifth fastest lap in both first and second practice. In Happy Hour, he posted the second fastest lap. He came from 32nd to win last week. Today, he starts 5th. If everything goes according to plan, Montoya could wind up showing everyone why New Hampshire is nicknamed The Magic Mile.

Ganassi Racing as a whole has been strong throughout, thus far. Reed Sorenson qualified 3rd and David Stremme's team says they have a car equal in setup to that of Montoya's.

Don't forget about polesitter, Dave Blaney. After he put his number 22 CAT Camry on the pole, he posted the fastest lap in first practice.

Penske teammates, Ryan Newman and Kurt Busch both need a good run in order to get back into contention for the Chase. Ryan has a win at Loudon. Kurt has two. They're starting 2nd and 12th.

We'll see how it all plays out today. The green flag falls in minutes. Enjoy the race!
