Major lawsuit filed and more news...

Both Joe Nemechek and Sterling Marling have filed separate lawsuits against Ginn Racing and DEI for breach of contract. Also suing are the former chew chiefs as well. They both had a base salary of 1.2 million.

If they have not been fully paid by now, they have a legit lawsuit.

This weekend Boris Said is going to attempt to qualify a fourth car for Gillette Evernham Motorsports at the New Hampshire International Raceway.

Travis Kvaphil could wind up in the 88 car this year says Marty Smith.

On SPEED's SPEED Report, Bob Dillner says that Sam Hornish Jr. is going to ride #06 car in the five COT car races in the chase this year. No word yet if this will go to a full time ride or if that is going to be a third car for the team.
