Both Joe Nemechek and Sterling Marling have filed separate lawsuits against Ginn Racing and DEI for breach of contract. Also suing are the former chew chiefs as well. They both had a base salary of 1.2 million.
If they have not been fully paid by now, they have a legit lawsuit.
