Post season news galore....

Brain France says he is in NASCAR for the long haul.

Travis Kvaphil is going to be in the #28 car next year for Robert Yates.

Ray Evernham  says that he is going to scale back his track appearances.

U.S. District Court Judge William O. Bertelsman says that it will not be until January at the very least until a decision is decided on the Kentucky Speeedway case against NASCAR.

From a Raybestos PR they said that Juan Pablo Montoya is the rookie of the year.

In ratings news the final race of the NASCAR season popped a 3.8 rating which is 11.6% lower then the 4.3 rating it picked up last year.
