Judge William O. Bertelsman has sided with NASCAR on the lawsuit filed against them by the Kentucky Speedway which sued NASCAR for not giving them a race date. Kentucky Speedway can file an appeal of this verdict.

NASCAR.com has up day one Daytona Testing speeds.

Mark Martin is going to be in 26 Sprint Cup event for DEI. He will start in both non-points races along with 24 point events. Aric Almirola is going to get to drive at Bristol on March 16th, Martinsville on March 30th, and the final twelve races of the year.

Travis Kvapil is not going to run in the Nationwide series this year.

Robby Gordon makes comments on missing the Dakar Rally.  The costs listed are big.
