Roush Racing now says that some proprietary part went missing at Atlanta and wound up with a Toyota team. Roush is considering legal action. If Toyota/and or team is found guilty it could be the biggest ever fine, punishment, and penalty ever handed out in NASCAR History depending upon what part went missing.

Bobby Kennedy is now the new crew chief for the #55 Sprint Cup car driven by Michael Waltrip. Paul Andrew now moves over to R&D.

Kennametal Inc. is going to sponsor Dario Franchitti and his Sprint Cup car for Martinsville and Texas.

Microsoft Small Business is going to be a sponsor for the #49 Sprint Cup team.
