Brad Keselowski takes his first win.

Nationwide series drivers come back to Nashville to win a guitar in the Federated Auto Parts 300. In only his second career Nationwide start Joey Lagano took his first ever poll.

The green flag dropped and Joey took the lead of the race. The first caution popped out around lap 10 for a Jason Keller spin. The leaders stay out and then we get a long green flag run with Joey leading all the laps.

The green flag pits stop occurred at lap 59 with the leader coming in lap 61. Everyone pitted and the lead cycled back to Joey Lagano.

The second caution finally came out as Steven Wallace and Marcos Ambrose got together. Marcos wound up with most of the damage. Leaders pit, but second place driver Brad Keselowski stays out to lead the race. After fixing repairs on the car Marcos winds up loosing another tire.

The green flag drops and it got very wacky in the back and in the end Brad Coleman wound up hitting the wall to bring the caution out. The green flag drops again on lap 88 with another wacky situation and Joey Lagano who was around 12th place at the time in a mess load of traffic spins out and wrecks his car. “Got tapped from behind,” said Joey.

This finally led to some green flag racing that lasted for over 10 laps and then it was a Greg Biffle spin that brought out the next caution. This caution brought in Brad Keselowski for tires and fuel. Staying out and taking the lead of the race was Clint Bowyer and in second place was David Reutimann.

At the drop of the green flag Clint Bowyer was the first leader of the night to really break open over the second place car. His three-second plus lead went to junk around lap 145 as Cale Gale spins out.

The leaders pit and Clint Bowyer was able to get the lead off pit road. Green flag racing did not last long and Jose Wise spins out with 70 laps to go. Green flag racing did not last long again and Burney Lamar spins out with 64 laps to go.

This finally led to another good green flag run. With 50 laps to go David Reutimann passes Clint Bowyer for the lead of the race. The ninth caution finally comes out with 43 laps to go as Bobby Hamilton Jr. winds up smacking the wall hard.

David Reutimann, Clint Bowyer and some other cars stay out while other cars short on fuel come in. The green flag drops and David Reutimann started to bust out into a nice lead and had an almost three second lead over Clint Bowyer with 20 laps left.

With 12 laps left a late caution pops out as Brad Teague spins out. This killed a four plus season lead for David Reutimann.

With eight laps left the green flag drops and at the end of the lap Bowyer gets David loose and takes the lead of the race. A couple more laps go by and Brad Keselowski fully makes the pass on the Clint Bowyer for the lead of the race. Brad then starts to bust a big lead and takes his first win ever.

“It’s awesome,” said Brad on the win. He stated that that is something he has dreamed of his entire life.

“Missed up on the setup all night long,” said Clint Bowyer who finished forth.

Kyle Busch going for the triple this weekend at three different race tracks finished in 20th place.

At the end of the race Clint Bowyer extend his lead to over 160 points to second place driver David Reutimann and leads both Carl Edwards and Kyle Busch by almost 200 points.
