More on the lawsuit, Petty Enterprise news and more..

The AP is now reporting that Bill France is denying the claims Mauricia Grant filed.  Bill says that Mauricia never reported those claims at all to NASCAR.

Yesterday I reported the lawsuit as being 250 million in size which was listed in some online articles.  The corrected amount is now 225 million.

Petty Enterprises has up a press release on the new business venture they are  doing with Boston Ventures.  It also says that they have signed Bobby Labonte to a four year extension.

Travis Kvapil has not picked up Freecreditreport.com as a sponsor for the Sprint cup race this weekend and for the July 12th race at Chicagoland.

Kyle Busch will be at it again this weekend as he drives in the truck series race at Michigan on Saturday afternoon, then he will be in the Saturday night Nationwide series race at Kentucky, and finally he will be in the Sprint Cup race at Michigan on Sunday.

The Milwaukee  racetrack has named Camping World as the sponsor for the Nationwide series race they will hold on June 21st.
