Robby Gordon has been sued for 23.5 million by Gillett Evernham Motorsports.  GEM says that Robby Gordon violated terms of a tentative agreement that would have sold his team to the GEM company.

If the deal went through this driver would have been paid 3 million a year for four years and 45% of race winning.

So far in this 2008 season Robby has only two top ten place finishes with a 27th best finish this year on a road course.  He is 31st spot in the Sprint Cup points.   45% of his 2008 winnings so far is a grand total of 1,240,348.50 bucks.

NASCAR has now bought the Grand-American Road Racing Association.
