Joey Logano, Casey Mears news and more....

After the end of the Atlanta race the rear end housing from the Kyle Busch entry has been confiscated and is going to be looked at by NASCAR.  No penalties have handed down yet.

Kodak is done with NASCAR and now going to focus more on golf.

Joe Gibbs is going to attempt to get Joey Logano to drive at Texas in a Joe Gibbs car.  Joe Also says that he feels all the Arca racing that he has done this year is enough to get Joey into the Daytona race.

Casey Mears may get to run the fourth Richard Childress car at Miami, but the car needs a sponsor.

The link also says that NASCAR is not happy at all of Toyota buying up more top NASCAR teams and that Dodge is commited for one more year and that could be it.

This link also gets into Hall of Fame Racing possibly making a move over to Ford cars for next year.

The Germain Racing Sprint Cup team is going to have an alliance with Michael Waltrip Racing.

Overnight ratings for the Sunday race are in and it is a 3.2 rating.  That is down from the 3.5 rating the race got last year.
