Larry McClure Indicted and more news....

Larry McClure who is a founding member of Morgan-McClure Motorsports has been indicted on mail fraud, money laundering, and failure to pay taxes.  He faces up to 115 years in jail and a 2.75 million dollar fine.

Nationwide Series driver Kenny Wallace picked up a 100 point fine and the team owner at Jay Robinson Racing also picks up a 100 point fine as the car wound up having safety foam in the fuel cell that was not tall enough.

Nationwide Series crew Chief Paul Wolfe is leaving Michael Waltrip Racing to move over to CJM racing.

David Gilliland has wound up with CitiFinancial as a sponsor for the Texas Race.

Shannon Spake on ESPN Now said that Joe Gibbs Racing is looking to field the #18 and #20 car next year in as many races as possible.  She also said only four drivers including Carl Edwards are making the commitment to a full season of double duty action.
