The Mauricia Grant lawsuit is going to stay in New York. NASCAR wanted it moved to Florida or North Carolina.

A new Sprint Cup series director John Darby Interview is out.  It looks at changes to testing and changes to tires that John says is a science project with Good Year and that many other car parts will have to change if they move to a new tire.
