Hall Of Fame racing says that they are going to field a car for the Daytona 500.

Tommy Baldwin Racing which is a brand new team is going to attempt to run a full Sprint Cup season.  No driver or sponsor has been found yet.  They will drive a Toyota car.

The TLC network is going to be airing a show on NASCAR wives.

Johnny Sauter who raced in 2008 in the Sprint Cup series has found a ride this year in the #13 Thor Sports Truck Series Entry.

Richard Childress Racing has decided to put Clint Bowyer in a few races this season in the #29 Nationwide series car that was driven last year by Jeff Burton and Scott Wimmer. Dan Deeringhoff who was the chief for Clint Bowyer in 2008 is going over to the #29 car.

Peyton Sellers is going to be the driver for the new Cardinal Motorsports Nationwide series team in at least 11 races.

Ford has announced that they have become the official car of the Bristol Motor Speedway.

At ESPN Mike Massaro is going to be doing more NASCAR Now Hosting in 2009.  Marty Reid is going to do more play-by play announcing in the second half of the year. Vince Wlech is going to moving over to do more pit road reporting.
