in the Brian Vickers/Dale Jr. mega wreck that occurred at Daytona.  If I was forced to chose who was more at fault I would say Dale Jr. for sure.

Vickers made a for the yellow line while Dale Jr. was trying to make a pass on him.  It would have been best if Dale got off the gas for a second and let Vickers keep his spot on the track, but that did not occur and many cars crashed out of the race.
