Richmond Thoughts....

I thought it sucked a bit to not have Brad Keselowski in the car for the Saturday night race.  Mike Bliss took his place and qualified well in sixth, but really blew it with a 37th place finish.

Ryan Newman is certainly back.  It is real great to see him performing well and getting top ten finishes.

Winning on your birthday is sure an amazing feat and something that is a super hard feat to pull off.

Just look at some of the biggest winners in NASCAR:

Richard Petty was born on July 2nd, but the Firecracker 400 race at the time was a July 4th only event.  So no win for him.

Darrell Waltrip had over 80 wins in his career,  but was born on February 5 which killed his chances.

Mark Martin is a January baby so his chances are killed.

David Person has over 100 wins, but was born in December.

Dale Sr. Was born on April 29th, but did not do it.

Jeff Gordon could do it as he is an August 4th baby, but has not done it yet.
