Michael Waltrip Racing has made it official...
today in signing Martin Truex Jr. to drive the #56 car next year. Michael Waltrip will be doing part time duties in 2010 which includes the Daytona 500.

Michael Waltrip Racing is a big winner here. This helps them move just one step closer to winning a championship. David Reutimann is 14th place in the points and could make the chase. Marcos Ambrose is 18th place in the points.
This will now leave the #1 car for 2010 without a driver and possibly without a full year sponsor as well. Aric Almirola would be a good choice for car, and could get into #8 car this for Earnhardt Ganassi Racing if sponsorship bucks were found.
Brad Keselowski would also be a great fit for the ride and Earnhardt Ganassi Racing will take a good look for him, I see him going to Stewart HAAS racing.
Jamie McMurray will also get looked at, but I see him going to Yates Racing for 2010 if he gets dumped from Roush Fenway Racing.
