Danica Patrick Proved To Me...

that she is ready to drive stock cars to a point.  She finished sixth place in her first ARCA race even though she she brought out the caution once for her spinning car the she did great in saving.  She did not look like crap at all, but will need more part time duties before she can go full time in NASCAR.

I did not really see her do anything super stupid to cause a major problem out on the racetrack at all.

She is going to have some learning to do though with restrictor place racing though, I saw her go high a couple times thinking she is going to make a pass on the car in front of her, but with no one to draft with she is only going to go backwards.

I say she is worthy to try the Nationwide Series race at Daytona if JR Motrorsports had a third car to try to qualify. Kelly Bires needs to run the full season so he has to have car to drive.  Dale Jr. has a ride as well, but I do not think he will give up his seat for Danica.

The race though was slow to start as the cautions just kept on coming one right after the other. A big wreck here, a long red flag there, a flipping over car as well.  The action at the end though was great as Danica was making major move after major move to get her up to fifth. Bobby Gerhert in the end wound up winning the race.
