Elliott Sadler Is Now The Next Driver Out...

at Richard Petty Motorsports after the end of the 2010 season and is looking for other teams to race for.

Update:  My thoughts on this...

Where is Elliott Sadler really going to go???  Right now we really have no open seats at other teams at this moment in the Sprint Cup series.  The only team where I think could possibly have rides open at the end of the season is at Red Bull Racing where Elliott would be in a quality team.

If Brian Vickers can't return to racing next year his spot would be open for a driver.  Scott Speed if he does not improve could easily be a driver that is toast at the end of the year.

Could this even mean the 19 team even shuts down after the season is over.  Sponsorship dollars are still not healthy at this time.

Elliott could go to either the Nationwide Series or the Camping World Truck Series for at least a year. Some teams like Jr. Motorsports could easily pick him up, but going down to a lower series will easily mean pay cut time.

His options are slim right now, but I just do not see anything great right now that is a 100% sure deal.
