NASCAR today has come out to fine Kyle Busch 50,000 bucks and put on probation until the end of the year for violation of section 12-1(actions detrimental to stock car racing) for his actions from the incident at Texas in the truck series race from Friday night.  He has been cleared though to race at Phoenix.
