--Per Evan Grant, personal favorite Jason Botts has made the Rangers 25-man roster which means personal favorite Kevin Mench starts the season in OKC (remember you owe me a bat Kevin!) and Nelson Cruz hits waivers and is likely traded.

--The Rangers reassigned Sidney Ponson and Elizardo Ramirez to minor league camp.  Look for Ponson to be in our starting rotation and Ramirez to be in the bullpen.

--Per TR Sullivan, Robinson Tejeda (who is out of options) and Franklyn German (who is not on the 40-man) are favorites to win the last 2 spots in the Rangers bullpen.  The Rangers will also carry an extra reliever until their 5th starter is needed on April 12th.  Over at LSB, Adam touches on the possible 40-man roster issues this can raise.  The Rangers are likely going to add Franklyn, Jamey Wright, and Adam Melhuse to the 40-man which means 3 players need to come off.  Nelson Cruz being DFA'd clears one, John Rheincker can be moved for the 2nd, but the 3rd spot becomes more difficult.  Adam speculates that personal favorites Wes Littleton or Kam Loe may be dealt to clear up a spot.  Hope he's wrong!

--Hope you got to see the game yesterday.  Personal favorite Joaquin Benoit looked sharp, Jason Ellison impressed with his speed, Jason Bottswas swinging a hot bat and Elvis Andrus has an arm!
