Richard Jefferson was supposed to be the star player out of Arizona in the 1999 draft, and while he has done quite well, it was a player selected in the second round that has far exceeded expectations. Gilbert Arenas was the 31st overall pick and is one of only a handful of 2nd round picks to be selected to multiple All-Star games. This year, Arizona will add Chase Budinger and Jordan Hill to its alumnus in the NBA.
