'Tis the season to give thanks, or run to your nearest Walmart or Target to get in line for midnight madness. Either way, Thanksgiving is almost here, which officially kicks off the holiday season. People start surfing the web at work not to be more productive, but to find presents for loved one, friends and assorted relatives they just can't stand.
Instead of giving thanks, many of us get down right grouchy this time of the year. The days are shorter, and so is the fuse as you wait in long lines at various stores while people in front of you ask stupid questions. Sometimes you just want to scream or hit something.
Well, you've come to the right place. There are people who have much less to be thankful for this holiday season, and still a whole bunch even if you restrict the list just to sports. Teams blow big leads, big games; players who are being punished for no misdeeds of their own; kids who picked the wrong schools; the whole city of Chicago.
So there you have it. To cheer you up, we have our third edition of Top 10 Least Thankful People in Sports (2009, 2008).
