RCS Fantasy Blitz - Week 8
A majority of fantasy leagues are now in their second-half of the season, and hopefully you’re starting to figure out where you need help, what to trade for, and questioning how exactly it got to the point that Ryan Fitzpatrick was starting for you (personally, I blame my commissioner and his decision to use a two-quarterback league. Today, Seneca Wallace and JaMarcus Russell were both picked-up off waivers – things are getting desperate in our league).
In a season full of uncertainties, both in real life and the world of fantasy, at least one thing that is a definite is that the New Orleans Saints will provide you an entertaining game to watch. And yesterday was no different, as those in London quickly discovered: almost 900 yards of total offense between the Saints and Chargers, 47 first downs and a combined 69 points, hopefully erasing memories of last year’s 13-10 Giants’ win over the Dolphins.
With the days San Diego and New Orleans had across the pond, chances are a few players from that game earned themselves a spot in the RCS Fantasy Blitz Top 5, but were any of them good enough for Week 8 MVP? And who, unfortunately, found their way into our Bottom Five?
