He's a youthful billionaire that owns an NBA basketball team.  How could he not be thankful this year?

Well, yes, Mark Cuban is still a billionaire, and he still owns the Dallas Mavericks, but he has plenty to keep him from being too thankful. 

Cubans attempts to buy the Cubs have been repeatedly stopped by the other curmudgeon MLB owners, and most recently a source said, "There's no way Bud and the owners are going to let that happen.  Zero chance."
 
Plus, his Mavericks put all their eggs in a trade for Jason Kidd that appears to not be working out as planned (currently 9th in the Western Conference). 

Finally, Cuban has been accused of insider trading which, in a best case scenario, will cost him a considerable amount of money and time for legal proceedings.

But hey – he can still foxtrot with the best of ‘em.
