Inaccurate Timing in the 40 at Combine

The NFL Network juxtaposed the video of the players who ran the fastest 40 yard dash times and found something very interesting. The video shows Taylor Mays beating Trindon Holliday but Holliday's "official" time was 4.34 and Mays' time was 4.43. Maybe these official times aren't so official after all.
