Refs Miss Goal by England's Lampard

38 minutes into the England's match against Germany, it looked as if Frank Lampard had tied the game at 2-2 for England when he struck a ball that hit off the top crossbar and landed over the goal line. But the ball then bounced out of the goal and the refs missed the call.
