LeSean McCoy had 14 carries for 111 yards and a touchdown to lead Philadelphia over New York, 27-17. Eagles' quarterback Michael Vick threw for 258 yards but lost a fumble for his first turnover of the season, while Eli Manning struggled to just 147 yards and three interceptions in defeat. The Eagles amassed nearly nearly 200 more yards of total offense than the Giants as Philadelphia watched a 16-3 lead in the third quarter evaporate into a 17-16 deficit early in the fourth. After ten straight points, including an insurance field goal with 22 seconds remaining, the Eagles were 7-3 and stand alone atop the NFC East.
