Peyton Manning and the Colts each kicked slumps against the Titans. Manning threw for 319 yards and two touchdowns (and, more importantly, no interceptions) while Indianapolis won for the first time in four games. Despite the fact that Titans' quarterback Kerry Collins completed 28 passes for 244 yards and three touchdowns and star running back Chris Johnson had 179 total yards, Tennessee could not hang with the Colts. A Titans' touchdown as time expired made this game seem closer than it was, as two Tennessee turnovers cost them dearly in their 30-28 loss.
