Early in the first quarter, Manu Ginobili found DeJuan Blair for this and-1 through Nene's legs. Those were Blair's only three points, but Ginobili tacked on six more assists (as well as 18 points) and Tony Parker added 30 points of his own in the Spurs' 110-97 victory over the Nuggets.
