Notre Dame Upsets UConn

On the biggest of stages, Notre Dame did the unthinkable - they defeated the powerhouse UConn Huskies. Skylar Diggins scored 28 points and dished out six assists as the Fighting Irish knocked off the Lady Huskies, 72-63. Maya Moore did her best to will her team to victory (36 points), but in the end her effort came up short.
