Jose Tabata Powers Pirates

In a game that just would not seem to end, the Rockies and Pirates made it all the way to the 14th inning. There, with Josh Rodriguez on second, Jose Tabata came up big once again. With two outs and a 3-1 count, Tabata smashed Franklin Morales' offering off the right field wall for a walk-off double as Rodriguez came home for a Pittsburgh win, 4-3. Tabata finished the game 2-for-6 with that double, a home run, two RBI, and a stolen base.
