Girardi, Acta Come to Near Blows

Indians' Carmona plunks Mark Teixeira and Joe Girardi took exception to it. Carmona didn't have control and it didn't seem like it was on purpose but the Yankees had had their fair share of hit batters recently and Girardi had had enough. He got right in the face of Indians manager Manny Acta and it looked as if things were about to get out of hand before the umpires stepped in.
