Car Crashes into Riders at Tour de France

On the 9th stage of the Tour De France, a French television car takes out Juan Antonio Flecha who ricochets into Johnny Hoogerland. That car is not allowed back in the Race and France Television issued an apology. Both riders were able to finish the stage despite lacerations.
