After losing to Kevin Anderson (6-4, 7-5) in the first round of the China Open, Roddick was asked if he might retire. After the long-winded question, Roddick fired back, "I think you should retire." And with that he walked away. Roddick responded to the report he walked out of the press conference on Twitter: About this whole "walked out of a press conference" thing. Moderator announced that it was last question before my retirement response. Definitely did not get up in the middle and "walk out of interview" contrary to headline on cnnsi.com.
