Aguero's Late Score Lifts Man. City to EPL Title

Manchester City needed to defeat QPR to win its first English Premier League title since 1968. It wasn't looking good when they trailed 2-1 heading into extra time. But Edin Dzeko scored off a header in the 92nd minute to tie it and then Sergio Aguero scored the winner in the 94th minute.
