Basketball Prospect Collapses After Given Prison Sentence

Tony Farmer was a highly-touted recruit from Ohio. He had scholarship offers from Illinois, DePaul, Penn State and Xavier and was recruited by many other big-name schools. But now it looks like he might never play college basketball. Farmer was sentenced to 3 years in prison for kidnapping, robbery and assault. The charges stemmed from an incident with his ex-girlfriend. Farmer pleaded guilty and his ex-girlfriend even was hoping he wouldn't serve time.
