I'm stealing this all from AOL Fanhouse:
I know most of us don't have the attention span for flash video that lasts longer than 2-3 minutes, but this is 6:48 well spent. It's at least a year old considering it's from Delonte West's days with the Celtics, but the formula in the title of this post has stood the test of time.If you're the impatient type, at least skip ahead to the 3:05 mark when West explains to the ladies out there how he spends his free time, and the 3:49 mark when he describes where he'll be 20 years from now.
